Pregnancy and Postpartum Support

NICU Support
Having a baby in the NICU can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. Parents often navigate fear, grief, guilt, and uncertainty while trying to stay strong for their baby. Counseling offers a space to process these complex emotions and the impact that NICU experiences can have on your mental health, relationships, and sense of safety.
​Whether your baby is currently in the NICU or you’re adjusting after discharge, our work together can help you find grounding, restore connection, and begin healing from the emotional toll of this experience.


Parenting Support
I offer attachment-based parenting support rooted in the belief that meaningful generational change is possible. My approach honors the deep connection between caregiver and child, helping parents build secure, responsive relationships while also understanding how their own upbringing and experiences shape the way they show up. Through compassionate guidance, education, and reflection, I support parents in breaking cycles of disconnection, trauma, or emotional neglect so they can parent with intention, confidence, and attunement, and create healthier emotional foundations for the next generation.
